Signature # 13:012
The Templar's Great-Sword was not only a weapon of war, also it served as an Icon by which to pray, a reminder of his faith, and his strength to be his best in times of seeming meaninglessness and dispair.
A warrior who fights true to himself will be guided by spirit.
Incribed on the blade: QUI FALSITATE VIVIT ANIMAM OCCIDIT
FALSUS IN ORE CARET HONORE
Translated: "Who lives in falsehood slays his soul;
who's speech is false,
his honor."
This translation mimicks that of a type XII sword dated to the 11th Century. The quote was taken from a set of moral precepts written by a royal chaplain for the young King Heinrich III.
